The Seward/Seaward Family Reunion host hotel is The Landing at Hampton Marina, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in beautiful Hampton, VA. This downtown, waterfront hotel is within a mile of Hampton University, Virginia Air & Space Center, and Mill Point Park. Explore the area with a scenic boat tour or on foot. It is located near several historic sites, local eateries, and a brewery. It is just 10 minutes from the beach, and even closer to golf courses, tennis, and other recreational opportunities.

Details: Our lodging rate is good for Friday, August 8 through Sunday, August 10, 2025. You should contact the hotel directly to discuss rates if you desire to extend your stay either before or after the reunion. We currently have 20 rooms reserved for Friday night and Saturday nights in our room block.
Reservation by phone: If making reservation by phone, call 1-800-774-1500. You will be asked to follow the prompts to make a reservation. You must specify the name of the hotel which is The Landing at Hampton Marina (Hampton, Va) and that there is a group block under Seward/ Seaward Family Reunion for the date of August 8-10, 2025. Please make your reservation under Seward/Seward Family Reunion in order to receive the group rate. If you do not say Seward/Seaward Family Reunion, you will not receive the group rate.
Reservation online: Room reservations may be made online. When using, make sure you enter the arrival and departure dates and select update. It will show the bed types available. Under each bed type photo, there is a quick book blue square to click on then follow the prompt command. To make your reservation online click here.
Credit card: A credit card is needed at the time of reservation.
Cancellation: Guests have 24 hours prior to arrival to cancel an individual reservation without charge.
Check-in/out Time: Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in & late check-out are subject to availability and approval.
Parking: On-site self-parking is $12 per day.
