Noon-3pm – Hospitality suite open
Noon–6pm – Registration table open
Noon-7pm - Seward/Seaward auction
Noon-7pm – 50/50 raffle ticket sale for cash
3pm – Hotel Check-in
7:00pm – Begin family group photos. **See schedule in your registration package for your designated timeslot.
7-7:30pm – Meet and greet / cocktails
7:30pm SHARP!! – Banquet/Sneaker Ball and dinner served
11pm – Banquet over / free time
11p-midnight – Hospitality suite open
**Please report to the photographer for your family’s group photo. Pictures will be taken in the lobby area outside the banquet room.
Saturday, Aug 9
Please wear your family reunion shirt for Saturday’s activities.
Breakfast on your own
8:30-9:30am – Walk-a-cize (meet in lobby)
8:30-9:20am – Boarding for Hampton Queen Boat Tour
9:30-11:30am – Boat tour (light refreshments available for sale)
12-4pm – Location address will be in your registration package. You are encouraged to bring your beach chairs, pop-up tents, and swimwear.
12-12:15pm – Kick off and bless the food
1:15-2pm – Line dance tutorial
1:15-2pm – Field games
1:15-3:15pm – Cards tournament
1:15-3:15pm – Board Games
2-3:00pm – Line Dancing
3-3:15pm – Family group picture
3:45-4pm – Wrap up
4-5pm – Cleanup / all hands-on deck
5pm–until – Free time
7:30pm-midnight – Hospitality suite open
Sunday, Aug 10
7am – Breakfast on your own
9-9:30am – Meet in the hospitality suite for closing prayer and introduce the host of the 2027 family reunion.
10am - Hotel checkout
